Graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2002. From 2004 to 2014, he served as Legal Counsel in the Legal Affairs Department of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. between 2014 and 2022, he led the Legal Affairs functions at Burgan Bank, Odea Bank, and BELBİM Elektronik Para A.Ş. Since 2022, he has been practicing ndependently while also serving as Board Member and Legal Affairs Director at Yunus Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. His areas of expertise include enforcement and litigation for commercial and individual credit receivables, contract drafting, settlement negotiations, bankruptcy and concordat proceedings, banking crimes, collateral law, real estate law, citizenship and residency matters for foreign nationals, and electronic money regulations.
