Graduated from Izmir Bornova Anatolian High School and Ankara University Faculty of Law. She obtained her master’s and doctoral degrees in Private Law from Dokuz Eylül University. During her doctoral studies, she was awarded a DAAD scholarship and conducted academic research at the University of Giessen Faculty of Law in Germany.
Her master’s thesis “Party Capacity in Civil Procedure Law” (2007, Güncel Publishing) and doctoral dissertation “Foundations of Interim Legal Protection and Types of Precautionary Measures” (2013, On İki Levha Publishing) are recognized contributions in the field. She has served as Research Assistant and Lecturer at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law, and since 2014, has been a faculty member at Istanbul Bilgi University, Department of Civil Procedure and Enforcement-Bankruptcy Law. Her research focuses on interim legal protection, consumer dispute resolution, credit receivables collection, and enforcement against collateral providers. Alongside her academic work, Dr. Erişir provides consultancy services to banks, corporations, and law firms.
